My experience today with Kathy wasn't a good one. I called to explain that my son is feeling something hard and sharp by his procedure, and because of my son's schedule the only day he can go in is on Thursday. However , I have mid morning and very early afternoon available, but she wasn't able to accommodate us. But said if he continures to have this pain to call back and we would have no other choice to make time. What? I'm calling cause he is in pain. She didn't seem to even have a care in the world and only responded with , "so we will see you Thursday". Not happy at all.
